Item 8.01. Other Events
On April 17, 2008, Lakes Entertainment, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Peter Fordham has been named General Manager of the Red Hawk Casino, currently being constructed near Shingle Springs, California and to be managed by Lakes Entertainment and owned by the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
