COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	11. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The Company maintains several contracts with drug labelers and distributors, research organizations, contract manufacturers, clinical organizations and clinical sites, primarily to assist with clinical research and clinical and commercial manufacturing and distribution of PROCYSBI and clinical manufacturing of drug product for the Company's HD and NASH clinical collaborations. The Company's contractual obligations did not change significantly during the three months ended March 31, 2015 compared to those disclosed as of December 31, 2014.
