On July 17, 2024, Greene County Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors had approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend reflects an annual cash dividend rate of $0.36 per share which represents a 12.5% increase from the previous annual cash dividend rate of $0.32 per share. The dividend was payable to stockholders of record as of August 15, 2024, and was paid on August 30, 2024.  Greene County Bancorp, MHC did not waive its receipt of this dividend.
