Subsequent events	(15) Subsequent events On October 19, 2022, the Board of Directors announced a cash dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 of $0.14 per share on Greene County Bancorp, Inc.’s common stock. The dividend reflects an annual cash dividend rate of $0.56 per share, which was the same rate as the dividend declared during the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of November 15, 2022, and is expected to be paid on November 30, 2022. The Greene County Bancorp, MHC intends to waive its receipt of this dividend.
