Dividends	(8) Dividends On January 19, 2022, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend reflects an annual cash dividend rate of $0.52 per share, which represents an 8.3% increase from the previous annual cash dividend rate of $0.48 per share. The dividend was payable to stockholders of record as of February 15, 2022, and was paid on February 28, 2022. Greene County Bancorp, MHC waived its right to receive this dividend.
