Interest on other payables for the year ended December 31, 2013 includes interest expense of $1,369 related to uncertain tax positions. Interest on other payables for the years ended December 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011 includes a reversal of interest expense of $543 and $3,096, respectively, related to uncertain tax positions.
