On April 25, 2008, Michael J. Martini, Chief Financial Officer of Saba Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), formally tendered his resignation to the Company, effective May 30, 2008. Mr. Martini advised the Company that he was tendering his resignation for personal reasons and that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the policies or practices of the Company or related to any accounting or financial disputes.
