issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its Class A common stock and
Class B common stock, payable on September 27, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 6, 2017. A
copy of the press release announcing the dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated
herein by reference.
