Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets, Net	7. GOODWILL AND OTHER INTANGIBLE ASSETS, NET The carrying amount of goodwill at June 30, 2025, and December 31, 2024, was $14.2 million. The Company’s intangible assets consist of domain names and internal use software. At June 30, 2025, and December 31, 2024, intangible assets were $16.1 million and $10.6 million and accumulated amortization was $3.0 million and $2.8 million, respectively. Intangible assets are amortized over the estimated useful lives on a straight-line basis over 15 years for domain names and 10 years for internal use software, which approximates the pattern in which the economic benefits are expected to be received. The Company evaluates the recoverability of intangible assets periodically and considers events or circumstances that may warrant revised estimates of useful lives or that may indicate an impairment. Intangible asset amortization expense for the six months ended June 30, 2025, and June 30, 2024, was $0.2 million and $0.2 million, respectively.
