LEASES

For the years ended December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2023, total operating lease cost was $10.4 million and $8.0 million, respectively. The weighted average remaining lease term at December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023 was 6.3 years and 4.4 years, respectively. The weighted average discount rate at December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023 was 4.57% and 2.32%, respectively.
