Defense Industries International Announces a $4.5 Million Order from The Israeli Ministry of Defense

ASHKELON, Israel, May 1, 2008, Defense Industries International, Inc. (OTCBB: DFNS.OB), a leading manufacturer and global provider of personal military and civilian protective equipment and supplies, today announced that it received orders of approximately $4.5 million for bulletproof and tactical vests, from the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Approximately 50% of the orders are expected to be delivered during 2008. This order follows an order that was r eceived from the Israeli Ministry of Defense in the beginning of 2007.

We are continuing to witness increased demand for personal military protective equipment from the Israeli Ministry of Defense, which demonstrates their confidence in our products as well as in our ability to deliver our products in a timely manner.
