Common Stock Options	Common Stock Options On April 1, 2020, the Board of Directors granted 13,000 options to certain officers of the Company. In accordance with the KEYSOP, the grant price of $27.87 was the closing price of the Company's stock on the grant date. The options become exercisable six-months from the grant date and expire after ten years from the date of issuance. Fair value at the grant date was $6.26 per option as calculated using the Black-Scholes option pricing model. Compensation expense will be recognized over the vesting period. Total compensation expense recognized through June 30, 2020 was $40,692.
