Note 4.  Income Taxes

The Company did not provide for income taxes during the three months ended March 31, 2020, because it has projected a net loss for the full year 2020for which any benefit will be offset by an increase in the valuation allowance. There was also no provision for income taxes for the three months ended March 31, 2019.
