Purcell indirectly own shares directly beneficially owned by Continental Partners, L.P., an Illinois Limited Partnership, (&quot;Continental Partners&quot;), and another entity that holds less than one percent of the Common Stock.  Continental Partners directly beneficially owns 2,033,300 shares fo the Common Stock, which represents 10.6 percent of the total shares of the Common Stock outstanding (based upon the 19,168,741 shares of Common Stock reported to be outstanding as of January 17, 2008 by the Issur in its From 8K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 18, 2008), while the other entity directly beneficially owns 88,800 shares of the Common Stock, which represents 0.5 percent of the total shares of the Common Stock outstanding. Purcell expressly disclaim beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein as indirectly owned except to the extent of their respective pecuniary interests in such securities.
