On November 19, 2007, John Polchin notified Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) that he has decided to resign as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Polchin is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
