SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	19. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In January 2024, the Company issued 15,000 shares upon the exercise of consultant stock options. In January 2024, the Company granted 494,000 stock options to employees and 56,000 stock options to consultants. In March 2024, the Company terminated its lease in Naperville, IL. All operations are now consolidated in the Peru, IL locations.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
