Amendment Description	The purpose of this Amendment No. 2 to the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018 of Flexible Solutions International, Inc. (the "Company") filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 15, 2019 (the "Form 10-K") is to correct errors to the Company identified within the financial statements filed on Edgar for the year ended December 31, 2018. The identified errors in the cash flow statement and in Notes 2, 3, 13, 14 and 19 were the result of errors made during the edgarization process. In addition, the financial statements were inadvertently released prematurely, prior to the Company's auditors full review and approval. These factors resulted in inconsistencies found between the results of our final financial statements and our statements filed on April 1, 2019. No other changes have been made to the Form 10-K. This Amendment No. 2 to the Form 10-K speaks as of the original filing date of the Form 10-K, does not reflect events that may have occurred subsequent to the original filing date, and does not modify or update in any way disclosures made in the original Form 10-K.
