11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On April 4, 2022, the Company sold an aggregate of 1,000,000 shares of common stock under its ATM facility at an average gross sale price of $3.1746 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $3.2 million. Proceeds, net of $0.1 million of fees and offering costs, were $3.1 million.
