Other Information.

On November 19, 2008, Whitney Holding Corporation issued a news release to announce it has declared a fourth quarter 2008 dividend, paying $0.20 per share on January 2, 2009 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2008.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein.
