Significant Customers

Revenue from the U.S. Government, which includes foreign military sales contracted through the U.S. Government, includes revenue from contracts for which the Company is the prime contractor as well as those for which the Company is a subcontractor and the ultimate customer is the U.S. Government. The KGS and US segments have substantial revenue from the U.S. Government. Sales to the U.S. Government amounted to approximately $178.6 million and $156.1 million, or 70% and 70% of total Kratos revenue, for the three months ended June 25, 2023 and June 26, 2022, respectively, and $338.9 million and $295.7 million, or 69% and 70% of total Kratos revenue, for the six months ended June 25, 2023 and June 26, 2022, respectively.
