During the fourth quarter we completed a strategic review of our North American supermarket display cases and systems business. As a result, we performed an impairment analysis using a market approach and determined that property, plant and equipment relating to the North American supermarket display case business unit were impaired and we recorded a charge of $23.3 million in "Asset impairment" in the Consolidated Statement of Operations. No impairment charges were recorded in 2014 or 2013.
