Related Party Transactions	11. Related party transactions The Company engages Mark Kroll, a member of the Board of Directors, to provide consulting services. Expenses relating to these services for the three months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013 were approximately $50,000 and $59,000, respectively. Expenses relating to these services for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013 were approximately $121,000 and $125,000, respectively. At September 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, the Company had accrued liabilities for these consulting services of approximately $26,000 and $12,000, respectively.
