Related Party Transactions	11. Related party transactions The Company engages Mark Kroll, a member of the Board of Directors, to provide consulting services. Expenses relating to these services for the three months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013 were approximately $40,000 and $37,000, respectively. Expenses relating to these services for the six months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013 were approximately $71,000 and $66,000, respectively. At June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, the Company had accrued liabilities for these consulting services of approximately $24,000 and $12,000, respectively.
