Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company engages Dr. Mark Kroll, a member of the Board of Directors, to provide consulting services. The expenses related to these services were approximately $69,000 and $65,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, and $97,000 and $112,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively. At June 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015, the Company had liabilities of approximately $21,000 and $31,000, respectively, related to these services. The Company subscribes to a mobile collaboration software suite co-founded and managed by Bret Taylor, a member of the Company's Board of Directors. For the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, the Company licensed this software for a fee of approximately $20,000 per quarter. As of June 30, 2016 the Company had no prepaid costs related to the annual subscription, and as of December 31, 2015 had prepaid costs of approximately $36,000. On July 1, 2016, the Company entered into an annual subscription, paid in advance, for approximately $120,000. In connection with the acquisition of Tactical Safety Responses Limited (Note 14), the Company assumed two long-term non-cancellable operating leases for business premises with the former owners, one of whom is an employee of the Company. The leases have an average remaining contractual term of approximately 11 years and require aggregate annual rental payments of approximately $45,000. Prepaid rental payments as of June 30, 2016 were negligible.
