Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure
 
On December 20, 2012, Blucora, Inc.'s subsidiary InfoSpace Sales LLC exercised its option to extend its agreement with Google, Inc. though March 31, 2014. Under the terms of Amendment Number Seven to the Amended and Restated Google Services Agreement, InfoSpace Sales LLC has the right to extend the term of the agreement with Google, Inc. by sending notice before December 31, 2012, which notice was sent on December 20, 2012.
