Subsequent Event	Note 19—Subsequent Event: On October 17, 2011, the Company entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with Aeromet International PLC (“Aeromet”), pursuant to which the Company will acquire Aeromet’s Forming Division for cash consideration of $34.0 million. The Company currently expects the acquisition to close in the fourth quarter of 2011.
