FOR THIRD QUARTER 2002
 
NEW YORK, NY, October 22, 2002 … Neuberger Berman Inc. (NYSE: NEU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared the Company’s dividend for the third quarter of 2002, in the amount of $0.075 per share. The dividend will be payable on November 13, 2002, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 1, 2002.
