Except as specifically set forth herein, this Schedule 13D amendment does not modify any of the information previously reported by Mr. Buffett in this Schedule 13D. Mr. Buffett owns, and has the sole power to vote and to dispose of 188,290 shares of Class A Common Stock and 1,162 shares of Class B Common Stock, representing approximately 38.2% of the outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock, less than 0.01% of the outstanding shares of Class B Common Stock, 29.7% of the aggregate voting power of the outstanding shares of both classes and 13.2% of the economic interest of the outstanding shares of both classes. Information disclosed in Item 5(a). On July 14, 2026, Mr. Buffett converted 8,000 shares of Class A Common Stock into 12,000,000 shares of Class B Common Stock. Also on July 14, 2026, Mr. Buffett donated 9,000,000 shares of Class B Common Stock to the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation and 1,000,000 shares of Class B Common Stock to each of the Sherwood Foundation, the Howard G.
