ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, RECORD DATE AND FINAL DIVIDEND INFORMATION

Infosys Limited (“Infosys” or the “Company”) hereby furnishes to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission this Report on Form 6-K regarding the stock exchanges intimation dated May 15, 2020 and newspaper advertisement that was disseminated to the stock exchanges on May 18, 2020. Both these intimations are pertaining to the Company’s upcoming 39^th Annual General Meeting which will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 over video conference, record date for final dividend which is fixed as Monday, June 1, 2020 and other related information to shareholders.
