7. Related Party Transactions	The Company’s subsidiary sold fruit beverages to a related entity, Shaanxi Fullmart Convenient Chain Supermarket Co., Ltd. ("Fullmart") for approximately $2,051,500 and $1,776,200 for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively. The accounts receivable balances were approximately $1,186,000 and $624,000 as of September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, respectively. Fullmart is a company indirectly owned by our Chairman, Mr. Yongke Xue.
