8. Concentrations

(1)   Concentration of customers

Sales to five largest customers accounted for approximately 19% and 29% of our net sales during the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively. There was no single customer representing 10% of total sales for the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.

Sales to our five largest customers accounted for approximately 25% and 38% of our net sales during the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively. There was no single customer representing 10% of total sales for the three months ended June 30, 2013. Sales to one customer accounted for 11% of total sales for the three months ended June 30, 2012.

(2)   Concentration of suppliers

During the six months ended June 30, 2013, two suppliers accounted for 28% and 11% of our purchases. During six months ended June 30, 2012, four suppliers accounted for 19%, 19%, 11% and 10% of our purchases. There was no other single supplier representing 10% of purchase during both periods.

During the three months ended June 30, 2013, three suppliers accounted for 29%, 15% and 14.7% of our purchases. During the three months ended June 30, 2012, four suppliers accounted for 20%, 14%, 13% and 10% of our purchases. There was no other single supplier representing 10% of purchase during both periods.
