Note 14. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	The company’s subsidiary sold fruit beverages to a related entity, Shaanxi Fullmart Convenient Chain Supermarket Co., Ltd. (“Fallmart”) for approximately $2,176,000 and $13,000 for the year ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. The accounts receivable balances were approximately $624,000 and $16,000 as of December 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Fullmart is a company indirectly owned by our Chairman, Mr. Yongke Xue.
