The Registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008 in a timely manner because the Registrant is not able to complete its financial statements without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant only recently underwent a change in control and management on April 28, 2008. A brief delay is needed by current management and its new outside accounting personnel to complete the Quarterly Report. The Registrant is proceeding to complete and file the Quarterly Report for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008 on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date for the Quarterly Report for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008.
