SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	(5) SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company’s management evaluated subsequent events through the time of the filing of this report on Form 10-Q. The Company’s management is not aware of any significant events that occurred subsequent to the balance sheet date other than the additional funding received from Delfin of $48,000 on May 16, 2026. The Twenty-Fifth Amended and Restated promissory note are attached as an exhibit.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
