RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	(5) RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Under terms of the debt with its majority stockholder (See Note 3), the Company recorded accrued interest of approximately $460,000 and $366,000 as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively and interest expense of approximately $94,000 and $85,000 for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
