On November 3, 2009, the registrant announced that, effective January 2, 2010, Robert L. Hines will resign as Managing Partner, Global Operations of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (the “Company”), to accept a market-facing role in the Company’s Financial Services Practice.
