Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 2, 2015, the Board of Directors of NIC Inc. declared a special cash dividend of $0.55 per share payable on January 4, 2016, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 13, 2015. The dividend payout will total approximately $36.5 million based on the current number of shares outstanding.
