Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 2, 2007, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, entered a scheduling order (the "Order") in Tyson v. AMERIGROUP Illinois, Inc., U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Case No. 02-C-6074, granting the plaintiff until February 9, 2007 to file a reply memorandum in support of Plaintiff's Motion Under Rule 59(e) to Amend the Judgment to Include Treble Compensatory Damages, Civil Penalties, and Attorney’s Fees, Costs and Expenses. The hearing on all post-trial motions has been rescheduled from February 7, 2007 to February 20, 2007.
