("OSW" or the "Issuer) for $5.75 a share. Fluxman Holdings paid the exercise price on a cashless basis, resulting in OSW's withholding of 31,329 common shares to pay the exercise price. The reporting person has voting and dispositive power over the securities held by Fluxman Holdings, and therefore may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own the securities held by Fluxman Holdings.
