The Registrant’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2011 will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.  The reason for the delay is that the Registrant did not obtain all information prior to filing due to moving its administrative office and attorney and accountant could not complete the required information and management could not complete Management’s Discussion and Analysis of such financial statements by November 14, 2011.
