Joint venture properties
In addition to the wholly owned hotel properties, as of December 31, 2011, the Company owned joint venture interests in another fifteen properties. The properties owned by the joint ventures are leased to a TRS owned by the joint venture or to an entity owned by the joint venture partners and 44 New England.
