Net Cash paid on Interest Rate Derivative contracts during 2022, 2021 and 2020 totaled $2,544, $11,822 and $7,635, respectively.  Cash paid for income taxes during 2022, 2021 and 2020 was $1,412, $113 and $79, respectively.  The following non-cash investing and financing activities occurred during 2022, 2021 and 2020:
