Net Cash paid on Interest Rate Derivative contracts during 2021, 2020 and 2019 totaled $11,822, $7,635 and $(4,336), respectively.  Cash paid for income taxes during 2021, 2020 and 2019 was $113, $79 and $53, respectively.  The following non-cash investing and financing activities occurred during 2021, 2020 and 2019:
