DENISON ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTOR CHANGE

Toronto, ON — February 11, 2010... Denison Mines Corp. (TSX:DML) (NYSE AMEX:DNN) (“Denison” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Jim Gill has stepped down as Chairman of the Board and as a Director of the Company. The Board has elected Mr. Lukas Lundin to reassume the position as Chairman.
