| After the close of business on September 30, 2019, Boston Advisors, LLC ("Boston Advisors") closed on the sale of its advisory business in two different asset transactions. The assets of Boston Advisors's institutional [client] business were sold to Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors, LLC of New Haven, CT (13F file Number: 028-17560). The assets of Boston Advisors's wealth [management] business were sold to CAPTRUST Financial Advisors of Raleigh, NC (13F File Number: 028-14079). As a result of the closing, this Form 13F filing for the quarter ended September 30,2019 will be the final Form 13F filed by Boston Advisors. |
