Subsequent events	On October 9, 2014, our Company granted options to purchase up to 525,000 shares of our common stock to 5 of our key licensees and a key employee. The options vest over the next four years; have an exercise price of $1.15 per share; and expire five years after the date of grant.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
