Segment Reporting	*Segment reporting* ASC Topic 280, “Segment Reporting” establishes standards for reporting information about operating segments on a basis consistent with the Company’s internal organization structure as well as information about geographical areas, business segments and major customers in financial statements. For the year ended June 30, 2015, ASC 280 has an immaterial effect on the Company’s financial statements, as the Company consists of one reportable business segment. All revenue is from customers in the PRC. The majority of the Company’s assets are located in the PRC.
