Account Receivable as of 7/13/07 was sold to NewCo resulting in no A/R on 10/31/07. The only receivables due to Oldco are based off of credit card holdbacks from Discover Credit Card. As of October 31, 2007, these receivables had not been received by Oldco and totaled $312,585.14.
