Related Party Transactions	Note 14 – Related Party Transactions The Company maintains banking relationships with certain financial institutions that are affiliated with some of the Company’s Latin America joint venture partners. Total deposits in these financial institutions as of July 28, 2012, July 30, 2011 and January 28, 2012 were $5.3 million, $2.7 million and $10.7 million, respectively. There were no borrowings with these financial institutions for any periods presented.

Note 14 – Related Party Transactions

There were no borrowings with these financial institutions for any periods presented.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions, including the nature of the relationship(s), a description of the transactions, the amount of the transactions, the effects of any change in the method of establishing the terms of the transaction from the previous period, stated interest rate, expiration date, terms and manner of settlement per the agreement with the related party, and amounts due to or from related parties.
