Related Party Transactions	Note 13 — Related Party Transactions The Company maintains banking relationships with certain financial institutions that are affiliated with some of the Company’s Latin America joint venture partners. Total deposits in these financial institutions as of April 30, 2011, May 1, 2010 and January 29, 2011 were $5.2 million, $8.5 million and $12.7 million, respectively. Total borrowings with these financial institutions as of May 1, 2010 were $1.2 million. There were no borrowings with these financial institutions as of April 30, 2011 and January 29, 2011.
